Child safety standards

Adults only

MarryMe.Africa is for adults aged 18 or over. Underage accounts are not permitted. A birth-date declaration or profile review is not proof of age. Report suspected underage accounts for review.

Prohibited conduct

Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, sexual solicitation involving minors, sexualisation of minors and sharing exploitative material are prohibited. These rules apply to profiles, images, chats and consultation content.

Joseph Ayodele handles child-safety reports at info@orangemoon.com.ng. You may also use the in-app Report tools or support@marryme.africa. We target initial review within 24 hours; this is not an emergency response service.

Report a concern

Use Report on a profile or message, or email support@marryme.africa with the subject Child safety and the account or message reference. Do not download, forward or attach suspected illegal imagery. Block the account if needed. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Response and escalation

Reports are for the moderation team to investigate, restrict offending access, remove prohibited content and preserve only necessary evidence securely. Suspected illegal child exploitation must be escalated to the appropriate child-protection or law-enforcement authority as required by applicable law. Do not investigate or contact a suspected offender yourself.
