The beta service may restrict or suspend access after review. Joining does not guarantee an introduction, relationship or marriage. Read the service rules and payment conditions below.

Service and eligibility

MarryMe.Africa is an OrangeMoon Limited service for adults aged 18 or over seeking marriage-focused introductions. Use accurate information, protect your password and do not impersonate another person. Matchmaking is for eligible singles; Speak with Bola supports adult women, single or married, and using that service does not require participation in matchmaking. Updated 14 October 2026.

Consent and expectations

Profile review is not identity verification or a guarantee of safety, marital status, compatibility, a relationship or marriage. Introductions and conversations depend on mutual consent. You may decline, block or report a person. Do not pressure others to share contact details, meet or continue a conversation.

Community rules

No harassment, hate, threats, fraud, financial solicitation, impersonation, spam, unlawful content, sexual exploitation, intimate imagery without consent or publication of another person’s private details. Child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming and sexual content involving minors are strictly prohibited. Do not use the service to sell sexual services or exploit vulnerable people.

Content and moderation

You retain rights in your own content and must have permission to upload it. You permit us to store, process and display it only as needed for service functions, your sharing choices and moderation. Staff may restrict content or accounts following safety concerns or breaches. Request a review of a moderation decision at support@marryme.africa and include the relevant reference, without reposting harmful material.

Membership and payments

Sending or replying requires mutual acceptance and an active MarryMe Plus or honoured Legacy VIP term for at least one participant. If neither has an active paid term, sending pauses until either person upgrades or renews. Message history remains readable, subject to account eligibility, consent and safety rules. There is no per-message fee and no guaranteed reply. Free and paid features, price, currency and term are shown before ordering. Current purchases are fixed terms without automatic recurring debits. Payment does not buy approval, a match, private access or another member’s consent. A receipt confirms recorded payment; consultation confirmation is separate. Speak with Bola

Guidance is based on lived experience and is not clinical therapy, medical care, legal advice or emergency support. Prayer is optional. Free text allowance is limited and replies are not instant. Paid call duration and price are set on the booking page. Check My consultations for confirmation and call instructions. Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment.

Safety, availability and responsibility

Make your own informed decisions about meetings and relationships. Meet in public, arrange your transport and never send money to a match. Service interruptions may occur and features may change. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Ending your account and disputes

Request account deletion through Account settings or support@marryme.africa. Uninstalling the app does not close your account. For service, payment or moderation disputes, contact support with relevant references so the team can investigate. These terms do not prevent you from seeking remedies available under applicable law.

Optional paid membership terms

Free participation remains available. Paid plans add the tools and assistance listed on the Memberships page. The order records the price, payment method and fixed term selected before payment. Purchases do not create automatic recurring debits. Renewing the same plan adds days after its recorded term; choosing a different plan begins a new term immediately and does not convert unused time.

Paystack activation requires verified payment. Bank transfers require actual bank-credit verification before activation. USDT receiving uses the network, token, amount and receiver stored with the saved order and requires administrator verification. Submitting a hash does not itself activate access. Membership purchases never buy screening approval, another person’s consent, access to a private profile, a guaranteed match or a marriage.

Contact support with the order reference about an incorrect payment, cancellation or refund request. Refunds are reconciled separately; ending membership access in Admin does not send money. When a paid term expires, the account continues with its free features, subject to the usual review and community rules.
